Frissons was created by Beaux Church and Dr. T, a couple whose shared love for food, creativity, and the spirit of New Orleans brought this idea to life. What started as a vision between two people who live for good company and bold flavor became a restaurant that celebrates the heart of Louisiana in every sense.

Most of the seating is in the backyard, a lush space filled with plants, a fountain, Tivoli lights, disco balls, Spanish moss, and the sound of zydeco music drifting through the air. It feels like home the moment you walk in, where laughter mixes with rhythm and every plate feels like a celebration.

Countless hours went into perfecting the menu with Ruey, Beaux’s best friend, and Lyle, Dr. T’s cousin from down the bayou in Parks, Louisiana. Together they tested, tasted, and refined every dish until it carried the same joy and soul that define Cajun cooking.
